Cuisine
Set in a peaceful location under the shelter of impressive thatched cabanas, Mandina's restaurant serves a variety of fresh, tasty, Gambian dishes and local fish in a well-presented manner. Due to its remoteness menus are simple but of a high standard.
Early morning Coffee or Tea
A thermos flask of coffee or tea will be brought to your lodge at the time of your choosing.
Breakfast
Breakfast includes warm local bread with honey and jam, fruit juice, fresh fruit and your choice of cooked breakfast.
Lunch
A range of light lunches are available, charged locally.
Dinner
The evening menu changes each day and guests may choose between 2 or 3 main dishes and desserts. Instead of dining by the pool, you may prefer the privacy of their own dining area at your lodge be that on the roof-top terrace of a Jungle Lodge, the canopy covered decking at a floating lodge, the alfresco dining area of the Stilted Lodge or the terrace of the Mangrove Lodge.
Vegetarian options are available. We regret that there is no room service, and high chairs are not available.
